Garden Island Lodge
is located on the remote and beautiful south-end of Lady Evelyn Lake in Northern Ontario. Half of the south end of the lake is the Lady Evelyn Smoothwater Provincial Park and the only thing more outstanding than the scenic wilderness is the Walleye fishing. The south end of the lake exhibits a variety of structure, which includes deep springs, rocky points, islands, narrows, shoals and weedy plateaus. In the back weedy bays and narrows heading south to Willow Lake you can catch all kinds of nice eating size Walleyes. Lady Evelyn Lake's claim-to-fame is the high population of gigantic trophy Walleyes. Each week multiple guests catch and release Walleyes well over 30 inches. No other inland lake in Ontario will give you a better chance of catching that trophy Walleye of your dreams. This is an American Plan lodge with hearty meals and comfortable cabins. Fishing for Northern Pike, Smallmouth Bass, Lake Trout and Brook Trout is also available.
Ellen Island Camp
is located on an island in the north-end of the Famous Lady Evelyn Lake. Lady Evelyn Lake is well known for having the very best Walleye fishing in Northeastern Ontario yet receives very little Walleye fishing pressure because of its remote location. Lady Evelyn lake is the top Walleye hotspot in north-eastern Ontario and has produced Walleyes up to 20 pounds. The new waterfront cottages are clean and roomy with a fully equipped kitchen for housekeeping and a 3-piece bath. Total comfort, excellent service and fantastic Walleye fishing is what Ellen Island Camp is all about.
